And yet, we all go through ebbs and flows. (It’s actually an important part of the life cycle of yoga practice! But I digress.) For yoga teachers, there’s an added layer of pressure to practice intensely, all the time. To constantly be learning, tweaking your sequences by practicing them on your own first. It can take the joy out of practicing yoga.
