Josh Blatter is a vinyasa yoga and meditation teacher based in Carlsbad, California. Additionally, Josh is a student of Vedic chant and the healing applications of sound. He is the founder of Art of Balance and Mindful Being, mindfulness-based programs designed to support individuals and organizations through stress, burnout, and change. Josh also serves as a program developer and facilitator for Peace on Purpose, a collaboration between the UN Foundation and Lululemon that brings resilience tools to humanitarian workers around the globe.
With advanced studies in yoga therapy and mindfulness, Josh draws from years of mentorship in the Viniyoga tradition and training at the Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram in Chennai, India.
