This week’s meditations are going to focus on self-compassion. With that in mind, I decided to re-run a previous episode where I explain the research and benefits on self-compassion. Much of the research — led by Dr. Kristin Neff — has shown that self-compassion is a more effective way to increase optimism, happiness, curiosity, and connectedness.
