This week I’m sharing a topic that’s dear to my heart, which is creating a meditation practice that you love. We all face common (often self-imposed) meditation obstacles, from telling ourselves we just “can’t do it right,” to feeling like we don’t have time to stressing ourselves out with an austere approach that feels like drudgery. The truth is that meditation can be a very natural — even pleasurable — part of each day that helps you develop the skills and training to navigate life with less suffering and more joy.
